Daniel provided me with extremely useful information for my resume, most notably how to better use figures and details to help tell my story. Adding these helped showcase things like country experience, team size, dollars managed, number of partners impacted and languages spoken. He also helped me reduce the bullet list of accomplishments under each job.  My CV was somewhat archaic and needed a complete overhaul - he saw weak spots right away! Unlike other career service providers, he didn’t overemphasize things like formatting and font - instead he dug into value and accomplishments to better sell my skills.

I'm happy to say that I am advancing to next-round interviews for climate/environment roles with Walmart, Hershey, IFAD, and Amazon. I am not sure this would have been possible without Head Global’s May Momentum career accountability course! I am so grateful for the career accountability support provided by Head Global.
