Jacey Spratt – Same Page Consulting
A facilitator, trainer, and International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified career and leadership coach with 25 years of professional experience, including 22 in the international development sector. She has worked with USAID, the World Bank, and more than 25 implementing partners in facilitation, leadership training, and organizational development/change management. She manages a coaching practice and has completed more than 250 coaching hours.
Daniel Head – Head Global
A seasoned business development and recruitment specialist with 20 years’ experience recruiting staff worldwide. He is a confident and competent entrepreneur in the international development industry, with a strong reputation for high quality and timely service. He offers proven capability to conduct international recruitment efforts in 26 countries worldwide across all sectors. He has designed and delivered recruitment and job search training sessions for over 500 international development professionals. He is a frequent speaker at universities and has been invited by Devex to host multiple recruiting webinars which consistently rank in highest attendance and views.
Jane Gotiangco – Venn Communications
A strategic communications expert with over 30 years’ experience in global communications working for large consulting firms, NGOs, business associations, and more. She is the founder and co-chair of the DC-based international development industry’s Communicators Network. She specializes in crisis, internal and external communications, media relations, messaging, and personal branding, where she focuses on helping professionals craft compelling narratives that highlight their unique strengths.
